SOTI MobiControl Version 15 Approaches End of Life
If your business uses SOTI MobiControl as a mobile device management (MDM) and remote control solution for your enterprise devices, please be aware of many upcoming changes to SOTI’s licensing program and version support. As an overview, SOTI continues to advance its software and product offering, and has now announced an end-of-life date for MobiControl version 15 on September 1, 2025. If you are running version 15, you will want to work with CSSI for assistance and support in moving your enrolled devices to the latest version of MobiControl. We recommend getting ahead of the upcoming changes, as it often takes some time to upgrade and test to ensure minimal disruption to your end users.
What is SOTI?
Soti is an enterprise mobile management solution, providing a cloud-based platform from which fleets of widely distributed enterprise mobile devices can be managed from a ‘single pane of glass’. CSSI is a certfied SOTI partner, using the SOTI MobiControl solution to manage, deploy, and troubleshoot android enterprise devices for customers.

SOTI Ends Perpetual Licensing and Perpetual Maintenance
SOTI has previously announced an end to its perpetual licensing and maintenance offerings. This change is effective Sept. 1, 2024. If you believe that you have not yet migrated, please contact CSSI for assistance. We have worked with many clients to get to a current SOTI product offering.
End of Support for MobiControl Printer Management
SOTI is also in the process of ending printer management through MobiControl – this will transition to SOTI Connect. As of Feb. 1, 2025, any Zebra printers managed by MobiControl will need to transition to SOTI Connect. If you are affected by this change, please contact CSSI for help with your enrolled devices.
