Are you running a current version of GP?
Did you know?: GP 18.6 is now available for 2024. Click to learn more.
As a Dynamics GP customer, it’s important to stay up to date on a current version. CSSI will help you to stay abreast of the change in GP.
If you adopt a corporate policy of regular GP upgrades, it makes each new upgrade easier. When you fall behind several versions, your next Dynamics GP upgrade path may require several jumps to get to the latest version.
If you’re on an unsupported GP version, you no longer get the following:
- Tax table and year-end updates
- Access to Microsoft technical support
- Support from 3rd party vendors
- Compatibility with new servers and operating systems
- Benefits of each new feature and improvement
The Hassle-Free Dynamics GP Upgrade
When it comes to software upgrades, CSSI will work with you to ensure a smooth and successful upgrade process:
- We create a test environment to assess the impact the upgrade may have on your existing systems and any customization you have done
- We perform a test upgrade to ensure no post-upgrade problems
- Only then do we perform the migration to the current version
- If desired, we can do new feature training for your Dynamics GP users
