Select and copy the data from the Excel spreadsheet.\u00a0 Do not copy the column headings.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Open the Financial Transaction Entry Window by going Financial > Transaction > General<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Create a Batch ID (Optional)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Enter the Transaction Type (Standard or Reversing)Enter the Transaction Date<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Source Document Code will default<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Enter Reference<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currency ID will default<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
