CSSI has received a designation as a Registered ISV (Independent Software Vendor) by Zebra Technologies. While CSSI has been a long-standing registered Solution Partner for Zebra’s rugged mobile computers, barcode scanners, and printers, the new ISV certification recognizes CSSI’s expertise in custom software development for its customers.

The CSSI team has particular expertise in developing for the Android OS, which has become the dominant operating system for mobile computers. When working with customers in the implementation of mobile computers, CSSI is able to serve as a one-stop shop, providing expertise in both Zebra hardware as well as the software needed to ensure a tight fit with customer needs.

In early 2018, CSSI launched a warehouse management software package (WMS by CSSI) which enables companies to more efficiently track inventory, from receipt through to shipment. WMS by CSSI was developed to run on the Android operating system, making it a natural fit with handhelds such as Zebra’s new Android MC3300.
